Meet our Call Center Supervisor

Do you ever wonder who you are actually speaking with when you call Lydia’s Uniforms.  Well, I would love to introduce you to one of our Call Center employees. Earlier this week I was able to sit down with Scott, who is our Call Center Supervisor, and ask him a few questions. Find out below what Scott had to say about his experience in Customer Service.

Tell us a little bit about yourself.                                        
I have worked at Lydia’s for 7 years in July. I started as a Customer Service Representative and was promoted to Team Leader, shortly after I moved up to a Supervisor.

What do you like to do in your free time?
I live on 5 acres of woods and am still exploring new areas on my property. I also have five kids at home that I enjoy spending time with, two of which are named Austin.

What is the best part of your job?
I would say when customers think their is nothing we can do for them and we find an answer. The joy in their voices makes it worth all the customers who have called and are having a bad day.

What do you like best about working in a Call Center?
My desk, it’s like a second home to me. I have pictures of my family and dog, so it’s comforting to do my job…and it has snacks

What does Customer Service mean to you?
Customer Service means going beyond the expected, raising the bar, and giving only the best experience to customers that I work with at any one time.

Do you have any uniform recommendations?
I personally like the Eagle series. The top is EG80L and the bottom is EG70L. I personally wear both at home and they are very comfortable!!
